The library has three meeting room spaces. The 1st floor Bunday room seats 60 and is available to be booked or reserved for any nonprofit group up to three months in advance. There is no charge for nonprofit groups that do not charge for entrance to their event. Nonprofits charging an entrance fee will be charged $25 per hour with a maximum charge of $100 per day. Here is our meeting room policy.
Two smaller conference rooms on the 2nd floor are available for nonprofit use free-of-charge. They may also be used by individuals for study or free tutoring. Both are available for walk-in use unless there are conflicting reservations. Please inquire at the Help Desk upstairs with any questions.
The library is able to obtain materials from within, and outside, the SELCO library system. Our borrowing region is primarily within the state of Minnesota (MNLINK), but we can also access materials from Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Interlibrary loan is a free service, but there are select instances where charges may apply. Please inquire at the Help Desk upstairs if you have any questions. Click here to read the policy.
The library orders a limited number of federal tax forms which usually arrive in January. Please note that the State of Minnesota no longer distributes state tax forms to public libraries. Staff can print forms and instructions, or patrons can use public internet computers to find and print forms. Copies are $0.15 per page. To order state and federal tax forms, go to the Minnesota Department of Revenue and the IRS.
